Delete your Vox-Max account and data

How to request deletion

1. Log in to your account on vox-max.com with the same email/username and password you use in the app.
2. Open "Delete Account" from the menu of your account (or use the button below).
3. Confirm the request with your password.
4. Your account is deactivated immediately. Your personal data is permanently deleted after 30 days.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email address, username, phone number, postal address and profile picture
• Your streaming account and login for the Vox-Max app
• Saved payment cards and direct debit mandates (also removed at our payment providers)
• Watch history, notifications, referral records and activity logs

What we keep

• Payment and invoice records, in anonymised form (no name, email or address), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• An anonymous device identifier used only to prevent abuse of free trials.

Changed your mind?

Contact our support team within 30 days of your request and we can restore your account. After that, the deletion is permanent.
